Yesterday, our culinary students got a hands-on lesson in the importance of proper handwashing! 🧼👋

In the first picture, their hands are covered in a safe substance that glows under a blacklight, representing bacteria. The next two pictures show their hands after washing, allowing them to see just how effective their technique was.

How did they do? You be the judge! 🔦👐
