All athletes must pay a $30 athletic fee for each sport a student plays. The athletic fee is due prior to the first official contest. Each of the following items must be completed and turned in to either the head coach or athletic director PRIOR to tryouts:

• Any 9th or 11th grade athlete must take the online concussion test prior to tryouts.

• Completed & current VHSL Physical form (physical completed on or after May 1st 2023)

• Completed West Point Student-Athlete Pledge (Drug, Tobacco, Alcohol pledge)

• Completed West Point High Athletic Agreement (Concussion form)

**Each document must be signed by both the parent/guardian and the athlete.
