Quinn has been named the Tri-Rivers Kiwanis Club Teenager of the Year, an honor recognizing outstanding service, leadership, character, citizenship, and academic achievement.
During last night’s ceremony, Quinn delivered an inspiring speech about the power of serving others. He now advances to the division and district levels for the opportunity to be named Capital District Teenager of the Year.
